SV	En hij deed dat kwaad was in de ogen des HEEREN; want hij wandelde in den weg van zijn vader, en in den weg van zijn moeder, en in den weg van Jerobeam, den zoon van Nebat, die Israel zondigen deed.
WLC	וַיַּ֥עַשׂ הָרַ֖ע בְּעֵינֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה וַיֵּ֗לֶךְ בְּדֶ֤רֶךְ אָבִיו֙ וּבְדֶ֣רֶךְ אִמֹּ֔ו וּבְדֶ֙רֶךְ֙ יָרָבְעָ֣ם בֶּן־נְבָ֔ט אֲשֶׁ֥ר הֶחֱטִ֖יא אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ וַֽיַּעֲבֹד֙ אֶת־הַבַּ֔עַל וַיִּֽשְׁתַּחֲוֶ֖ה לֹ֑ו וַיַּכְעֵ֗ס אֶת־יְהוָה֙ אֱלֹהֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל כְּכֹ֥ל אֲשֶׁר־עָשָׂ֖ה אָבִֽיו׃
Trans.	wayy^a‘aś hār^a‘ bə‘ênê JHWH wayyēleḵə bəḏereḵə ’āḇîw ûḇəḏereḵə ’immwō ûḇəḏereḵə yārāḇə‘ām ben-nəḇāṭ ’ăšer heḥĕṭî’ ’eṯ-yiśərā’ēl:

AC	נג ויעש הרע בעיני יהוה וילך בדרך אביו ובדרך אמו ובדרך ירבעם בן נבט אשר החטיא את ישראל [ (I Kings 22:54) נד ויעבד את הבעל וישתחוה לו ויכעס את יהוה אלהי ישראל ככל אשר עשה אביו ]
ASV	And he served Baal, and worshipped him, and provoked to anger Jehovah, the God of Israel, according to all that his father had done.
BE	He was a servant and worshipper of Baal, moving the Lord, the God of Israel, to wrath, as his father had done.
Darby	And he served Baal, and worshipped him, and provoked Jehovah the God of Israel to anger, according to all that his father had done.
